Alfie's free tier is genuinely usable — not a teaser for the paid plan. Ritual cards, browsing, stacks, and personalised recommendations are always free.

$5/month or $49/year (2 months free) — unlimited everything.
We keep the price low because Alfie is a wellness tool, not a luxury product. If cost is a barrier, reach out — we'd rather you use Alfie than not.
No Surprise Charges
When you subscribe, you'll see a clear option to turn off auto-renewal right away — right there on the confirmation screen. We don't like unexpected charges either.
Turn it off and you keep full access until the end of your billing period. No surprise charges, no dark patterns. You can turn auto-renewal back on at any time from your profile.
We designed it this way because many of our users are neurodivergent, and unexpected charges can be genuinely distressing — especially for people who struggle with admin tasks or forget about recurring payments. Transparency isn't a feature. It's a baseline.
What "Unlimited" Means
Unlimited means using Alfie for what it's designed to do — checking in with yourself, exploring ritual cards, and having conversations about your wellbeing.
If we find evidence of someone trying to exploit Alfie — using it as a replacement for a general-purpose AI subscription, attempting to circumvent safety measures, or similar misuse — we reserve the right to disable that account. This hasn't happened yet. We'd rather not think about it. But it's here in writing so expectations are clear.
Additionally, Alfie relies on third-party AI services. If the underlying API pricing changes significantly, we may need to adjust our prices. We'll always give advance notice and honour existing billing periods.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Profile → your subscription card. You can:
- Turn auto-renewal on or off
- See when your current period ends
- Open the Stripe billing portal to update payment details
