Stacks
Collections of ritual cards for the moments you already know — your go-to practices, grouped and ready.
A Stack is a collection of ritual cards grouped together for a specific purpose. Think of it as a playlist for your nervous system.
What Stacks Are For
When you already know what you need — "my morning wind-up" or "things that help when I'm overwhelmed" — a Stack gets you there without sorting through every card.
Stacks are always available. You don't need a conversation or a check-in to use them. They're a shortcut to the practices you reach for most.
How to Make a Stack
- Go to Stacks from the bottom nav
- Tap + to create a new one
- Give it a name that means something to you
- Add cards from your liked collection or browse all cards
- Reorder them however feels right
There's no right number of cards for a Stack. Some people make tight 3-card morning routines. Others build loose collections of 10+ cards and pick from them in the moment.
Using a Stack
Open a Stack and swipe through. You can skip any card, pause on one that feels right, or stop whenever you're done. There's no wrong way to use them.
Stacks vs. Conversations
Cards and Stacks are always free — they're for moments when you know what you need. Conversations (check-ins, skills) are for when you're not sure, or when you want Alfie to help you figure it out.
Both ways in are valid. Many people use Stacks on autopilot days and conversations on uncertain days.
