Weekly Review

Spot patterns across your week — what emerged, what your body is telling you, and where to lean in next.

The Weekly Review helps you zoom out. Instead of looking at a single day, Alfie walks you through the week as a whole — your energy patterns, what kept coming up, and what your body has been telling you.

It's not a performance review. It's pattern recognition. It takes about 5–8 minutes.


How It Works

Alfie Presents What It Gathered

Alfie has the context of your week — daily reviews, check-ins, sweeps — and brings that context to you. Themes, body state trends, recurring intentions, exceptions that stood out. If you don't have reflections that week, Alfie opens with a freeform "How's the week been?"

Spotting Patterns

Alfie surfaces what kept coming up. "You wanted to show up for [X] a few times. How did that go?" The goal is noticing, not auditing. Alfie presents what emerged and lets you decide what matters.

Double Down

What's working? What do you want to lean into? This is about amplifying, not fixing. The question is "what to do more of" rather than "what went wrong."

Next Week

One focus for the coming week. Anything you want to release. A ritual offer if it fits.


Why It Works

Most conversations with Alfie are one-offs — they respond to what you're feeling right now. The Weekly Review is different because Alfie arrives with context. It's read your week. That makes it possible to spot patterns that are invisible in the moment — the thing you kept coming back to, the energy dip every Wednesday, the intention you named three times but never acted on.

Pattern recognition across time is hard for many neurodivergent brains. The Weekly Review does the gathering so you can do the noticing.


When to Use It

Say "weekly review" or type /weekly-review anytime. Alfie will suggest one on Sundays if you have a couple of reflections from the week.
